By installing, accessing, or using the Movo AI application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Movo AI is an AI-powered video generation service that transforms static product images into dynamic videos. The Service includes:
- AI-powered image-to-video conversion
- Cloud storage for images and videos
- Video management and download
- Credit-based billing system
3. Account and Registration
To use the Service, you must have a valid Shopify store. Authentication is handled through Shopify OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining account security and all activities under your account.
4. Credit System
4.1 Credit Value
1 credit = $0.01 USD
4.2 Credit Policies
- Credits never expire
- Credits accumulate month to month
- Auto-refund if generation fails due to system error
- Non-refundable purchases except as required by law

Paid plans include a 7-day free trial. Billing is processed through Shopify Billing API.
6. Acceptable Use Policy
Prohibited Content
- Adult/NSFW content
- Violence or gore
- Illegal substances
- Hate speech or discrimination
- Copyright infringement
- Deceptive or fraudulent content
- Content promoting illegal activities
We use automated content moderation. Repeated violations may result in account termination.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 Your Content
You retain ownership of uploaded images and generated videos. You grant us a limited license to process your content for providing the Service.
7.2 Our Platform
Movo AI retains all intellectual property rights to the Service, including software, branding, and documentation.
7.3 Third-Party Rights
You warrant that you have all necessary rights to the images you upload.
8. Service Availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Temporary unavailability may occur due to maintenance, updates, or third-party outages.
9. Disclaimers
AI-generated results may vary. We do not guarantee specific visual outcomes or exact adherence to prompts.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Movo AI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
Maximum Liability: The amount paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Movo AI from claims arising from your use of the Service, content you upload, or violation of these Terms.
12. Termination
12.1 By You
Cancel anytime through Shopify admin. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period.
12.2 By Us
We may suspend or terminate access for Terms violations, fraud, or abuse.
12.3 Effect of Termination
- Access revoked
- Data deleted within 48 hours (GDPR compliance)
- Unused credits forfeited
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms with 30 days notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain and the European Union. Disputes shall be resolved in Spanish courts unless required otherwise by consumer protection laws.
